Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our clients.

How long does a recruitment project take?

The turnaround time for each recruitment project varies mainly depending on your requirements and the character of the position. It might take 2 weeks or sometimes 6 weeks. We always make an effort to complete a project as quickly as possible bearing in mind the highest quality of service.

What is the total cost of the service?

The total cost of the recruitment service is the sum of the registration fee plus a commission.

How much is the registration fee?

The registration fee is PLN 2000.

Why do you charge the registration fee?

The registration fee is charged for a portion of the costs we incur at the very beginning of the recruitment process, which also makes it a kind of safeguard for our agency against a sudden termination of the contract by a client. The registration fee is a separate fee and is not included in the commission. It is one-off and non-refundable.

When do I have to pay the registration fee?

Within 3 days of concluding the recruitment services contract. Should we not receive the fee payment on time, the contract will lapse.

How much is the commission?

The commission is calculated on the basis of a fixed percentage rate assigned to each job position and the maximum monthly net salary agreed upon in the contract that the client is willing to pay the prospective employee: commission = percentage rate x salary. For instance, let’s assume you are determined to hire a candidate for the position of Private Chef at your household. The percentage rate for this particular job is 220% and we have set the maximum net remuneration at PLN 10000. Therefore, the commission is 220% multiplied by PLN 10000, which totals PLN 22000.

When is the commission payment due?

Within 7 days of hiring the selected candidate.

Do you offer a guarantee on the employee hired?

Yes. We offer a 3-month guarantee on the candidate hired.

How does the guarantee work?

We basically offer two options: starting a new recruitment project a tour agency’s expense or refunding 80% of the paid commission. Should our client opt for the first option and not hire a new candidate, he/she also receives the above-mentioned refund.

When can I make use of my guarantee?

Our agency provides a guarantee in the event of: 1. terminating by the client of the contract with the selected candidate who, in the client’s opinion, did not meet the requirements specified for the position for which he/she was hired 2. resignation of the candidate accepted by the client before the conclusion date of the contract with the client 3. terminating the contract by the candidate due to the reasons not attributable to the client 4. terminating the contract by mutual agreement of the parties 5. not commencing the employment by the candidate on the day required by the client.

Do you offer any discounts for returning clients?

Yes. For our regular clients, we offer an extended guarantee period and a lower registration fee or commission.

When I decide to make use of your services, can I also use the services of other entities at the same time?

Yes. We give our clients a lot of freedom concerning this matter. They can search for candidates on their own and/or contract out the same project to other entities.

Are you also a temporary employment agency?

No. We are exclusively a recruitment agency.

Do you carry out a service which is not in your offer?

Yes, but it depends on the type of requested service. These kinds of decisions are made on a case-by-case basis upon a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements.

Where do you provide your services?

We provide our services throughout Poland, while the location of our head office is in Cracow.

Do you communicate in English?

Yes, we do.
